DO NOT PLUCK FEATHERS.
Cape your bird:
Diy cape or have your local taxidermist cape at their cost.
Include all pieces, wrapped with paper towels touching skin. Place in leak proof plastic bag.
If you can cape your turkey, it saves shipping weight costs and my processing costs (+$50).
Or send full body (+$50):
Place bird in leak proof bag.

Only use UPS when shipping to us. Other's have delivery issues way out here.
Only ship on Monday's! This will hopefully avoid any weekend layover events that could hurt the quality of your bird.
You CAN ship ground 3 days max.

FREEZE your bird completely.
Secure it in a box large enough that it will not get bent or crushed. Place your bird in a leak proof bag in case of thawing. Use insulation pieces and place around the bird or place a foam cooler with bird inside, in the box. Do not use ice or anything liquid.
Ship it UPS and Monday's only.
